The challenge
Tasked with ensuring 4th Utility is strategically positioned as an employer of choice, we will deliver collaborative solutions to attract and retain the best candidates. The first phase included the launch of a dedicated careers microsite, development of key hiring collateral, market intelligence information, as well as the rollout of our ‘Fit For Work’ app, which delivers the mechanics for enhanced health & safety.
